- The rental prices are quoted per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 7 days.
- From 01.01.2016 a tourist tax of 2,50 € per person (children until 14 years are free of charge) is added on our list prices. It is payable on departure.
- The apartment is available at your arrival day from 2.00 p.m. and we ask you to vacate the flat on the departure day until 9.30 a.m.
- On request we provide a baby crib free of charge
- Pets: 8,00 € per day
- One-time fee for final cleaning: 40,00 €
- We kindly ask you to confirm a telephonic booking by post, fax or e-mail.
- We will reserve the right to charge an extra fee for a later arrival or an earlier departure as stipulated in advance.
- We accept cash and cheque payments.
